Lotus Wellness offers individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy.
Services are offered both in-person and virtually and typically last 50 minutes. Session frequency can range from weekly to an as needed basis.

A Note on Group Therapy
Unfortunately, we are not currently running group therapy at this time, but it is our hope to offer this resource soon. Lotus Wellness is exploring a CBT/DBT group, a social anxiety group, and an IFS group.
The website will be kept up to date with any new information about upcoming groups. Please reach out with any additional ideas/needs that we may add, as well as questions about the group process.
Additional services
It is our hope to provide more services in the future such as Reiki therapy, massage therapy, nutrition services, mindfulness groups, etc., but we’re not quite there yet. Stay tuned for more information!
